Found him in Basque Sheepherder cache in Reno, NV. Previous finder did not log him so I was confused finding him. However, Harley wasn't confused, he told me he is done gambling and wants to go east so I told him I would take him to the east coast with me. So now he will be traveling a few thousand miles!
