Pass Matthew Walker's Revenge around wheresoever the wind takes you.
I think this is the third reincarnation for this TB number. The last was a flattened penny from the Extra-Terrestrial museum in Roswell, NM. This one is just a knot I tied with red paracord. The name comes from the knot at the bottom. The Matthew Walker knot is supposedly named after a Royal Navy sailor from the Great Age of Sail who was accused of murder. The judge told Matthew Walker that if he could come up with a knot that the judge (being an old sailor himself) could not figure out how to tie nor untie, that he would set him free. Matthew Walker walked. The knot is normally tied in a piece of three-strand rope. The strands are unlaid a bit, the knot tied with the three strands and then the rest of the rope is relaid. It is used as a stopper knot, for a foothold, or simply as decoration. The new tag comes from the self-service dog tag machine at the pet store. Thanks to JnEcache for the photo, I forgot to take one before I dropped it.
