Grandpa Bear would love to go anywhere but would especially love to re-visit the middle east including Israel, Jordan, and Egypt and to go to China. He would also be interested in visiting any events that are raising money towards research on M.S (Multiple Sclerosis).
Eventually he would like to be taken to Pomona or Claremont, California to get introduced to our real grandpa bear. (Claremont TB Drop Off and Go) might be a great place. If he has already traveled a lot and you think you can get him to Claremont or Pomona, please contact the cache owner for further instructions.
Please take lots of pictures and share your favorite quotes with us!
This is grandpa Bear. He is approximately 2" by 3". He can read and write in over 7 languages. He really LOVES to read books and learn new things. He can't get around very well anymore but he loves to travel. We, (his daughter and three grandkids), are trying to help him do that and we need your help! Please take him around the world going east from Oklahoma. He loves art museums, ancient ruins, libraries, historical sites, and places that remind you of scenes from your favorite books.
Thank you for helping us have this shared adventure!!
P.S. Grandpa gets anxious easily, doesn't do his own laundry, likes to toot and walk around in his underwear, so he would not make a good houseguest for you. Please keep him moving as quickly as possible!
Should you be interested in learning more about multiple sclerosis and helping fund research to combat this challenging condition, please visit the National Multiple Sclerosis foundation website.
