The TB wants to travel to as many Soccer/Football/Sports stadiums in the world (not only Finland) as possible.
When placing the TB in a "Major leage" stadium, the TB wants you to take a picture of it with the stadium in the background.
The item attached is a Bluetooth heart rate transmitter. It is part of a system(Team2) that collects heart rate data from players, and transmits the data to the team coach in real time. Normally the system is used by the teams fitness coach who can monitor each players heart rate at all times of each training session . This system gives unique insight into the fitness capabilities of the team and helps getting the most out of the players and training sessions.
The system is in wide use in different team sports. Most widespread it is in Soccer. It is also used in Ice Hockey, American Football, Rugby, Basketball, etc.
