Current Goal

Travel around the world and meet other Puffins. Take as many scenic photos of the coasts as possible. Puffins live at the shores of the Atlantic coast of North America, on Greenland, on Iceland, in Norway on the Lofotes, on the Faroe Islands, in Scotland and Ireland, sometimes even on the coast of Sweden and Brittany. There where my owners use to be on holiday or would like to be  [8D]


Meine Aufgabe ist es, soviele Orte wie möglich zu besuchen, an denen es andere Papageientaucher gibt. Dabei soll ich so viele schöne Fotos wie möglich machen. Meine Verwandeten leben an der Atlantikküste Nordamerikas, auf Grönland, Island, in Norwegen auf den Lofoten, auf den Färöer-Inseln, in Schottland und Irland, manchmal sogar an der Küste Schwedens und der Bretagne. Eben da wo meine Besitzer gerne Urlaub machen oder machen würden [8D]
 

About This Item

The puffin (Fratercula arctica) is a bird species of the family of Auks (Alcidae). The species breeds in burrows and on cliffs or at the foot of them in the North Atlantic and in the western Arctic Ocean. Source Wikipedia

We last saw them on the cliffs of Skellig Michael, near the west coast of Ireland.

Wir haben sie zuletzt auf der Felsklippe Skellig Michael vor der Westküste Irlands gesehen.

Bei einer Wartungsrunde unseres Caches "Lindensee" konnten wir nicht widerstehen, Lumi mit auf die Reise zu nehmen. Bereits am kommenden Wochenende werden wir ihn am Meer wieder "tauchen" lassen. Von dort aus wird er es sicher nicht schwer haben, den weiteren Weg zu seinen Artgenossen zu finden.
