Frank is on the loose, racing from cache to cache to be "Top Dog" in the 2012 MVG travel bug race. Frank is being unleashed at the MVG 2012 Luck of the Greater Dayton Winter GetawayVIII.
Frank wants to log as many miles and caches as possible within a year. This is Frank's first race and is excited to see the world. Don't hang on to me too long, help me become Top Dog this year.
