To travel around the world to show a little bit of the culture of Argentina
ATTENTION: whenever the TB passes in front of the flag of Argentina or in front of any Argentine embassy or office, please take a picture of it in front!!
I once bought this little keyholder in a small shop at Calle Lavalle, in Buenos Aires. It has the shape of a soccer ball and entirely painted in the colours of the Argentine flag, with that bright, smiling Sun right in the middle.
Argentinians love both soccer and their national flag. It is a notorious characteristic of their cultural landscape. If you want to invite an Argentine to a discussion, tell him that Pelé was better than Maradona or that Neymar is better than Messi. BINGO: you're in the right path for a heated discussion with any Argentine, always with a lot of 'buena onda' (good mood) and doses of 'buen humor' ('good humour').
In my humble opinion, one of the most remarkable features in the Argentine flag is the smiling sun in the middle. Every time I see this sun, it automatically makes me remember of Argentina and the numerous times I've been there in the last years, a country that I really learned to love and appreciate. And believe: that strong, blue color in the flag, perfectly resembles the blue skies over Buenos Aires. It's remarkable!
Please, help the TB traveling around the globe, spreading a bit of Argentine culture to other places and people!
ATTENTION: whenever the TB passes in front of the flag of Argentina or in front of any Argentine embassy or office, please take a picture of it in front to help the TB remembering its 'patria' (fatherland)
