Das Basler Brunsli ist ein Weihnachtsgebäck von dunkler Farbe. Es besteht aus einem groben Teig aus Eiweiss, Schokolade, Zucker und Mandeln. Das Brunsli wird in der ganzen Schweiz hergestellt und konsumiert, hat aber einen besonders starken Bezug zu Basel, weshalb es auch gerne Basler Brunsli genannt wird. Rezept
