This is part of a series of construction vehicles, that although usually slow moving, work vehicles, are in a race to make many miles. this particular piece is often seen when large amounts of gravel, sand, or rock needs to be scraped in order for roadways, or large areas need to be flattened & leveled.it will move along an area that is higher, and then deposit the materials it collects to a lower area in order to make it more level.
