To continue travelling, adding to the 300,000 Km our faithful green friend clocked up before its untimely demise in December 2011.
We bought this car in 1996.
It served us well as our family car until we bought a Subaru Outback in 2007.
However then it became our son Michael's car and continued to give good service until it was wrecked in a concertina accident, squashed between two 4WD behemoths while stationary waiting to turn right into Pickles Street from The Esplanade in Port Melbourne, Vic, Australia. Michael was unhurt, but our old friend was mortally wounded.
Recently, 7 months later, I found this extra key which has now formed the basis for this Travel Bug, and the memory of our family car can live on
