Current Goal

We'd like this little duck to travel far and wide. It doesn't matter where he goes, just as long as he GOES! He's starting out in Canada, so maybe he'll see the US, or Europe, or Asia?

About This Item

Our little ducky before we set him free

Diefenbaker Duck was launched in April of 2003. He's a friendly little guy who plays well with other animals. He'd love to have his picture taken, especially with children, other travel bugs or in/around his current cache location. Actually, anything would do. The more photos the better! A special note - please don't hold on to Diefenbaker Duck for too long. It makes him anxious if he's stuck in your car's glove box for weeks on end. We'd rather you moved him along a short distance instead of waiting for the perfect longer move.

Decided to rescue the TB [ Deifenbaker Duck ] I placed in this cache 3 1/2 months ago. At the time, I didn't realize he would have so few visitors and such a limited opportunity to travel - that being the goal of a TB. While I am not completely aware of the etiquette of such a decision, I feel it is in the spirit of the game. Will get him back on the road within the week.
