The coordinates were off, coords of 43°13'02.3"N 71°32'57.2"W from a previous cacher helped a lot. Hint doesn’t make sense. When I opened the cache it shot out the log in a stream of water. Log is soaked, slimy & not signable so I just replaced as found. TFTC #890
