Update 20 September 2015: I finally got to Ireland for a trip to the home of my ancestors. After carrying this beautiful coin with me so long, I dropped it in a cache in the forest in Killarney. I would now love to see it travel the length and breadth of Ireland and follow its adventures all over this amazingly beautiful country. I don't want to go home but this coin can keep me vicariously traveling in Ireland as long as possilble. Enjoy the beauty of this fine coin and take it to any and all caches in Ireland.
This is a beautiful representation of the Celtic Knot. As a retired mariner, Iove knots but never saw one like this.
