Travel around the world and spread awareness of breast cancer
2014-05-01 A replacement bug sent out instead of the original, which has long been missing in action. The replacement is a DupleBug tag with the cars keys to my first geocar attached. It was a read Ford Mondeo i had for 13 years.
This TB was first placed on my 480:th consecutive day of geocaching, that is 480 days in a row without a single break.
Spread awareness of breast cancer
Over the course of a lifetime, 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. The prognosis for women with this diagnosis is good, at least for those in the western world, and the 5 year survival rate is more than 4 out of 5. But still, this disease causes around half a million deaths per year.
