Picked up this trackable along with many others being rescued from a wintry stronghold in Northern Michigan. It is headed to Lansing, MI for the 2014 MiGO Winter Social (GC4QVEM) after a brief layover in Traverse City, MI. We will dip it in Welcome to Traverse City (GC17HZ4) for mileage prior to heading south for the event.

The log is long winded because I’m trying to increase my log word count for the “Badge Generator”.
With that said, I headed to Isabella County Michigan today to grab as many caches as I could in my quest to reach a 2000 cache total by the end of the year. I went for the easy ones that cover the old country roads in the area. I managed to get 45 in 12 hours from first cache to last. They are hidden along some of my favorite types of caching roads, allowing for casual sightseeing without much traffic. I crossed paths with the Amish as they went about their business. I was interesting to see their teams of horses heading to the fields. The weather remained cool and overcast, but no rain. Twelve hours of caching and a two hour drive from home make for a long but enjoyable day. Now, at a total of 1956 caches, one more trip like this will clinch the 2000 cache goal. TFTF

I found this guy safe and sound in the TB Rest Home.
