MISSION of Chase-5 is to partner with a local pilot (and that would be YOU) then perform area patrols anywhere in the world enroute to the following objective.
OBJECTIVE is rendezvous with "Aviation" named Agency assets when possible to receive virtual maintenance, servicing or pickup a tactical flight observer.
GOAL is to interact, role play, submit activity reports and transmit surveillance photos to Agency Base Operations.
Click HERE to view our "Agency Operations Map" in a new window.
The map has Agency asset (TB) page links and identifies their last reported position and status. A "suitcase" icon denotes an asset awaiting rendezvous.
Goal destinations updated 27February2016.
CHASE-5 is the callsign for one of eight deployed "Agency" law enforcement aircraft. YOU are the pilot.
This virtual police helicopter is assigned to the Airborne Patrol Unit (APU), 12th Airborne Law Enforcement Group (ALEG) that is conducting patrols or missions in support of the virtual "Agency" and Task Force-Monkey. The real Chase-5 is a surplus US Army OH-58C helicopter operated by the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
The current TB configuration in circulation for this travel bug ID code is a commercially made law enforcement tag that is a 6-point (star) sheriff's badge. A photo of the real Chase-5 (As pictured above right) is in a plastic photo keychain that is attached as the hitch hiker. The other side has some text info.
If you are interested in the virtual role play game associated with this trackable/travel bug/TB and or additional info click HERE to view the "Agency WATCH" Facebook page (a fictitious news outlet) in a new window. A member of our group, when available, will act as "Base Ops" and provide "radio calls" and mission opportunities via TB log note entries. You are welcome to role play as much as you desire. Have fun
and safe journeys!
Pilot to pilot direct transfer is preferred whenever possible to insure aircraft (TB) safety and sustaining the mission objective goal profile. Otherwise, "premium" traditional Geo-lodging accomodations is requested.
