About This Item

Aircraft

This is one of my Squadron's Challenge Coins from when I was assigned to the 16 MXS at Eglin AFB, later to be known as the 1 SOMXS, next moved to Hurlburt Field as the 901 SOAMXS/9 AMU, and finally decativated.  It is in the shape of a Military Dog Tag with the squadon's Insignia and Shield on one side and the might Hurcules Aircraft, MC-130P Combat Shadow, on the other.  Look at the images for more views.

Retrieve It from a Cache 2/10/2013 SparkCacher retrieved it from Gator Swamp Cache Florida   Visit Log

Realized Gator Swamp only gets traffic one or two times a year. I was in the area so hiked out to retrieve it. I'm dropping it off at a Military Recreation area nearby. Hopefully, a Military or Retired member will help my TB on its way!!
