I remember mermaid Major when she was a newborn. Now she's halfway to prom. Caught a look at myself in some old pictures holding her as a baby. I have gained wisdom lines since then. Plenty more to come before I end up chewing a bone like the mountain man toothpick Fugit has been gnawing on. Sic vic pacem, semper ubi sub ubi.

Time does fly. One day you are sitting on the playground watching the hulking high school football team march past and thinking you'll never get that old. The next you're driving for your brother's 30+ yr old birthday before the summer semester begins.

I imagined the significance of the time that the watch was stopped at: 6:27. PM or AM is anyone's guess. A skull stays quiet, and doesn't confess.
