The Outlaw Gang has busted out of the Marbutt County Jail (doesn't everyone have a jail in their backyard?) and is on the run from the Marbutt County Sheriff and Deputy. The mission of Outlaw # 1, Outlaw # 2, Outlaw # 3 and Outlaw # 4 is to not get caught by the Marbutt County Sheriff or Deputy. The Sheriff and Deputy's mission is to catch any one of the 4 Outlaws. Check to see where the 4 Outlaws are and track them down. If they ever end up in the same cache, PLEASE be sure to get a picture of the arrest. Each time there is an arrest, swap the Sheriff or Deputy for the caught Outlaw and let the chase begin again. Or keep moving one of the Lawmen towards another Outlaw, whichever you prefer.
If an Outlaw seems to be held hostage by a cacher, feel free to reach out to them to ask if they still have it or intend to drop it somewhere soon. Be nice about it, sometimes cachers forget they have it or they forgot to log it when they dropped it somewhere.
UPDATE 12/09/12:
The members of Marbutt County grew weary of the Outlaw Gang being out on the loose for so long. With the Sheriff apparently lost in the line of duty, this left the monumental task to the Deputy to catch all 4 outlaws. The people sent word from near and far that we were putting together a posse to track these guys down. We're happy to report that a 25 member posse has been put together and they vow to travel to the ends of the earth to bring these outlaws to justice.
