For the Magic Flute to arrive in the birth city of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart which is Salzburg, Austria. We hope the Magic Flute has an exciting and eventful trip. We will be keeping an eye on your travels, take lots of pictures and send us virtual post cards along the way.
The Magic Flute (German: Die Zauberflöte, K. 620) is an opera in two acts by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart to a German librettoby Emanuel Schikaneder. The work is in the form of a Singspiel, a popular form that included both singing and spoken dialogue. The work premiered in 1791 at Schikaneder's theater, the Freihaus-Theater auf der Wieden in Vienna. The Magic Flute is noted for its prominent Masonic elements; Schikaneder and Mozart were Masons and lodge brothers. The opera is also influenced by Enlightenment philosophy, and can be regarded as an allegory advocating enlightened absolutism.

Grabbed will on a trip to Vancouver. From Minnesota, USA!!
Thought we should move this one along while visiting Vancouver. Happy travels!
Grabbed it in Victoria while visiting for the day with mom, dad and Mikael. Unfortunately it looks like the flute is missing, yet the tag chain is intact and closed.... Will see if I can find a replacement and move it along.
