Ok, where the heck is the Boy Scout camp near here? Anybody headed to Camp Wehinahpay? I hear it's just a short drive down to south central NM. Hey, anybody listening? It's roomy in here, compared with other places I've been abandoned, but it sure is dark. And I think I smell donuts and deli meats--that's driving me crazy! C'mon, guys! 319 Potato Canyon Road, Sacramento, New Mexico 88347--is that too much to ask? (Potato Canyon? Are you kidding me? More food?) A little lift, please? I gotta get to a BSA camp and back to Virginia by next June. There's no time to sit around here, especially when I could be inside, cozying up to people headed south, mooching a ride--and eating whatever it is that smells so darn good! SOMEBODY GET ME OUT OF THIS TUBE, PLEASE! My owner ain't gonna be happy about this! Doesn't this constitute some kind of cruel and unusual punishment, having to sit out here in the dark in a plastic tube while everyone else is inside having a grand time--and EATING! Is that coffee I smell? Oh, this is gonna be a long night.

Grab It (Not from a Cache) 9/27/2013 korbul grabbed it   Visit Log

Grabbed this Knot Traveler from Phos4s in hopes of helping it find its way to a BSA camp. Maybe a visit to Camp Wehinahpay, a mere couple hundred miles to the south? We'll see. Anyway, it sure is grand to finally be a little closer to the wide open spaces of America! And I suppose the Navajos hereabouts could teach the Boy Scouts a thing or two about roughing it in the wild. But will I be able to get home by next June, as my owner wants me to? Hmmmm. If I can, what stories I'll have to tell him!

Well, THIS cache certainly couldn't have worked without an understanding of knots! I wonder if the CO used a bowline?
