TO TRAVEL THE WORLD TO DRAW ATTENTION TO THE ISLE OF MAN AND WHAT IT HAS TO OFFER

The Isle of Man is a jewel in the middle of the Irish Sea, part way between England and Ireland, and this is where this Travel Bug started its journey. It is hoped that it will travel across the world to draw attention to the beauty and diverse life of the island, and what it has to offer.
The community of the Isle of Man is of the region of 80,000 people, who are a self governed Crown dependancy of the UK. As such the island has attracted many companies from the finance sector as well as engineering and aerospace industries. But most of all we have a great tourism industry. In the early 1900s people flocked to the Isle of Man for their annual holidays, and although there are not the same numbers of visitors, it is still a major finance source for the island, and with so much to see and do, its no surprise that people come back again and again.
