Took my daughter caching with me and found this little guy on her first trip! She wants to take care of him for one week and we will hide him with one of our caches.

He was located at a park in Moon Twp PA about half a mile hike into the woods.

This guy is definitely not missing. He is in one of the caches in Olson Park near Pittsburgh PA. Had I known the owner thought it was missing, I might have taken it. I promise you he is in good shape in an ammo can :-)
