To help cachers find caches, particularly difficult ones.
Some caches are hard to find. At the time of activation I have racked up 80 DNFs over 11 years and still going strong. Clearly I could have used some help along with way. Perhaps from a wizard. If Gandalf the Grey can take down a balrog I have to believe he can be helpful in finding a difficult cache. In particular, he may be useful for avenging DNFs. Good luck.
