We have always heard, and perhaps told our own, "big fish stories". "It was this BIG" as we stretch our arms out as far as possible! Since I was very little, my first memory was my grandfather fighting an eel and getting dragged into the water. I still enjoy fishing, and have had many people in my life who have shared their passion for fishing with me, including all their "big fish stories".
This TB wants to go fishing with you. Freshwater, saltwater, bowfishing, flyfishing, any type of fishing in America or anywhere in the world. Log your "big fish stories" and share your favorite fishing spots, fishing pictures, or fishing stories, taking the TB along so we can all see exactly how big your catch was. My big fish story:
I am not an avid fisherwoman, but do enjoy the sport when I get a chance. While in Zambia, I went fishing for Tiger fish on the Zambezi River. On one of my casts, I had a relatively small catch, which was quickly bitten off my line by an even larger Tiger fish! It was "this BIG!" I did finally land a Tiger fish. When we returned from the trip, I received a satellite call all the way in the African bush, that my grandfather had passed away. This TB is in honor of him, Gramps Lentz, who I believe helped me land my Tiger fish.
