I was super bummed when I found this tag, as unfortunately I had just been out to visit NYC and the Memorial. Definitely worth visiting by the way! But! I have a friend who lives in Scotch Plains, NJ and was planning on coming home for Halloween. (I decided her muggle/caching name to be KrazEEEMom.) So KrazEEEMom agreed to take the tags back with her, and drop them off in this cache. She had done a couple of caches with me while I was out visiting her, and since I had already found it, I was able to pretty much walk her in and she had the cache in hand pretty quickly.
Sorry I couldn't get the Trackable to it's goal myself, but hopefully now being so close, someone will pick it up, and make it happen!
