Having lost both my large polytunnel and my small one due to the early year's storms, we're not growing a lot this year. The few bits that I have sown have either been eaten by the slugs, or have almost instantly bolted, so I'm feeling rather frustrated with growing food at the moment. Saying that, all those lovely little wild strawberries that we're harvesting from our garden taste absolutely lovely, and so do the lettuces that get picked again and again.
