To move from cache to cache and hopefully visit some telephone box "libraries" as well as real ones.
Also, we'd love it if each discoverer would include in their log either their favourite book or, if that's too tricky, a recommendation.
This tag is a repilca of an old library "card" to celebrate 400 years of Bristol libraries. If only they were still made like this. I was amazed that there has been a library in Bristol for this long.
We can't decide on a favourite book so we will just make one recommendation each.
The Collector Collector by Tibor Fischer (1997).
A sentient Sumerian bowl relates offbeat and risque stories of some of the owners that it has collected during its 5000 year life.
The Woman in Black by Susan Hill (1983).
A traditional ghost story with all the things you would expect from your favourite spectral tale: a naive narrator, an isolated house and a ghost bent on revenge and destruction. Hill creates an unsettling atmosphere and allows the reader's imagination to run wild - there is no horror or gore but be prepare to be scared!

My first travel bug collection, have a good idea of where I'm leaving it now. Hopefully in the next few days. My favourite books would have to be the call the midwife set. Love books set around the 20-50's and based on actual accounts of people's lives.

I am sorry to say, but I did not saw this TB in the old brass factory. Maybe someone grabbed it and did not log it yet.

An old brass foundry near the famous Mitchell Library in Glasgow seemed to be a great place for this TB. We think this is the closest cache to the Library that is big enough for a TB, and we think the TB is made of brass, so this cache location seemed ideal. Regards, Wee-Z.

Will try to find a cache near a library for this one. A few favourite books--Les Mis, Dracula, anything by Agatha Christie, The Berlin novels (esp Mr Norris changes trains), and The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova. Regards, Wee-Z.

The only library on the Isle of Lewis is in Stornoway and the only caches nearby are nanos but the mobile library visits all of the villages so I guess you could say that everywhere has a library close by. Maybe treat this as a holiday before somebody picks it up and returns it to the mainland.
