This is a highly compressible toy ball made out of many circles of plastic. How my family came upon this ball is a mystery - parked in a parking lot in front of a store in Phoenix Arizona, USA, this ball was stuck in a tree next to the car. My daughter was sitting in the car waiting for her mom to return, when all of a sudden, whoomp - the ball fell on the car and lodged in the lower part beneath the windshield! It's as if it appeared out of nowhere. My daughter brought it home, and we decided to make it a geocaching trackable item.
You can compress this ball very small, and it always seems to spring back into shape. Let's see what kind of caches it can fit in to!
When I first made this trackable item, I Google Image Searched for things like "circle ball toy", "plastic ball made out of circles", but couldn't find any matches that looked anything like this item. Just recently I discovered one of these balls being sold in a department store, they call it an "O-Ball". Take a look at the photos to see the one found in the store.
This item has visited GC57 - the oldest geocache in Arizona, USA, which is in the middle of the desert near Phoenix Arizona.

Hallo lieber TB/Coin-Besitzer!
Wir haben von 2013 bis Ende 2015 aktiv "gecached" (Geocaching gespielt).
Auf sämtlichen Events, Megaevents, Gigaevents und auch in einigen Caches und deren Logbüchern haben wir immer wieder TBs und Coins in den verschiedensten Formen und Arten wie Stempel, Anhänger etc. entdeckt und diese stets mit notiert, um sie nachfolgend zu discovern. Leider kamen wir nur nie richtig hinterher, weil das loggen eines gefundenen Geocache für uns im Vordergrund steht.
Nun versuchen wir das discovern der vielen Codes, nach und nach abzuarbeiten.
Wir entschuldigen uns im voraus für den Einheitslog!

Beim Durchsehen der Speicherkarte des alten Handys habe ich diesen TB entdeckt. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich ihn damals schon discovert habe.

A terrible mistake! I am a pretty fresh geocacher and I found the Compressible Ball in GC4F37P. I was not aware that the Travel Bugs are supposed to be picked together with the item they are attched to, and I detached the tag from the ball... took the tag and left the ball in the geo-chache... :(
However, I have a small daughter too and she has a similar ball. Let's agree that the ball went through a plastic surgery in Poland... I am so sorry for the mistake!
