Celiac Disease Awareness
Our Goal for this trackable is to introduce as many people to the signs and symptoms of this disease so that more and more people can be properly diagnosed.
Our second mission with is travel bug is to support anyone with this disease. One of the biggest struggles a Celiac faces is feeling alienated. We want you to know that we are here for you. Anytime you have a question or just need someone to talk to please feel free to e-mail us. We will do anything we can to help.
As we stated on the travel bug our daughter Lillian was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at the age of 4. We have all dedicated our lives to being 100% Gluten Free to honor and support her on this life long journey. One thing most people do not understand is that when someone has Celiac Disease damage is done to the small intestine every time gluten is consumed no matter the amount or if symptoms are present. So staying 100% Gluten Free is the only key to a long and healthy life.
