Current Goal

To be photographed next to as many Jesus fish as possible (a/k/a Christian fish car decals) or if none of those are available, he would like to be photographed next to church event billboards and travel as far & wide as possible!

About This Item

Happy Messenger is our 1st travel bug, he feels the need to go out and see if his friend G-zuss should take a journey as a travel bug as well. Happy Messenger would like to be photographed around the country and come back to us with many stories! We started him off in VA (at Close to De Heart). One day before he was released, the local newspaper had a feature article all about geocaching. Hopefully this will get many people out there and he will start on his way faster than we could imagine. As stated in his goal, Happy Messenger would like to be photographed next to Jesus fish, or church billboards. Take him in to church and pass him along to a fellow geocacher if that helps him move faster. Winter is coming soon & we hope that he doesn't become part of the frozen tundra!

Pablo Mac & son rescued this lonely TB from one of our less-frequently vistited caches. This poor guy spent the last three months all alone up on the mountain. Well, he wasn't ALL alone; none of us ever are.

We picked up the Happy Messenger from King of the Hill cache at Springfield, OR. We visited with him earlier this year and it was good to see him again. We see he gave up his knitted sweater probably someone was cold and needed it during the cold weather. Well his message "Smile, God Loves You!" can be read easily this way and his smile is sure to cheer you. We will get him moving on soon.
