Current Goal

The intention of this moose is to reach the country in which he was born. A great event would be visiting the GC "foresterguys" in Canada just to say 'HELLO', because they left him in a cache in Berlin.
He likes to explore lots of towns and countries and perhaps he'll meet a female moose. Uuups! Hope he'll send me lots of nice pictures of the stages on his travel to...CANADA?
Take good care of yourself, my dear friend!

Just thought I would drop a note in here. I am the guy the travel bug was destined for. He's gotten close, but needs to make his way towards Edmonton. Then I can take him on another journey!!

Hi. This is our first day of geocaching. We completed one in our area, came home and looked on the geocache site for caches with travel bugs and raced back out at sunset to go to get yours. Drove an hour to get to the cache and excitedly found yours there by flashlight.
In Canada we use the term moose instead of elk. We plan to take him to see some of his moose relatives before we release him back to the wild. We'll post photos for you of who he meets. Within a few weeks he'll be back out to continue seeing our country.

Took the elk from Hamberg, a former military areal.
I plan to travel to Halifax, Nova Scotia on January 20th and will see if I can free him there.
