The Dynamic Duo wants to travel around the world and back again, letting our light shine on your travels.
I decided to drop this trackable now, to continue its journey around the world. This one holds special significance to both me & my father, whom I shared a birthday with! He recently passed away, so this is the first year (2014) I will celebrate my birthday without him, so I’m starting this out on our birthdays – as special tribute to DAD! The first cache this was placed in is on the property that had been my grandparents, and where my Dad spent his teen & early adult years.
Dad had a passion for cars, and made his living working on them, so the Ford Mustang is for him! His grandchildren remember him saying: “It is better to push a Ford, than to drive a Chevy!”
I was a shot-put champ in high school (and held the record for many years at our local high school), so the “shot” is for me!
These have all been attached to the Founders Pirate TB, given to my personally by “Jeremy” – one of the Geocache Founders!
