Current Goal

This TB has been ARCHIVED. Please properly dispose of any Chickens you may have found. The preferred method is on the Grill but if you must an old fashion Circular File will work. Oh, and does anyone know where I can get a supply of Purple Hippos?

Well, it appears that the chicken was scattered far and wide by the Florida Hurricanes of 2004, and the cache he was in is probably somewhere out in the Gulf of Mexico by now, It seems this chicken just doesn't know how to stay out of trouble.

Please help this careless Chicken along to other places (like Northwest Ohio) and hopefully out of trouble. Should you find him en route to Northwest Ohio be watchful of his actions and should you find his lonely original metal tag anywhere without his chickeness please let me know so I can arrange for them to get back together.

About This Item

Vikings Escape TB (an official AS Travel Bug) ... Our favorite Chicken from the Groundspeak Forums has managed to escape from the Vikings, depriving them of a grand feast.  It appears that the Vikings got a little bit tipsy from too much Grog and he simply slipped away leaving his garter and feathers behind.

This was not the first time since it is now known that this careless plucked bird has a habit of getting into trouble and getting out. Witnesses say that as the Chicken ran off he was saying something about Northwest Ohio and some Chicks up that way. One can only imagine what he may have been talking about.

Another fine jam he's gotten himself into... abandonded in a giant ant nest. Out of the frying pan and into the fire.

I guess this little guy got lost in the shuffle and the last porter wasn't able to log it's drop at Dawn14, baking in the Mojave desert.

Dropped this bird off in Arizona; no need to worry about hurricanes sweeping this TB away again.

  • This bird is in another prickly situation... Photo taken near the new home of the Viking Escape TB in Arizona; I picked this one up in the woods outside of NYC.

According to an e-mail from TomPetLegend, the TB in Europe is a fake one. Since I placed the same TB in Hudson's Hide yesterday, I will grab this one and see that it doesn't circulate.
