Where's Waldo?

We found this little figurine in a geocache and knew that it would make a great TB. While finding his namesakes is his main goal, he is happy to see as much of the Great Wide World as he can. When taking his picture (With Waldo, or anywhere else) please be sure not to let the number on his dog tag show; thank you! :-)
