Okay... Sheesh. try to be a nice guy and it doesn't work out.
The first finder didn't realize the tag was his to keep as a prize for finding the "Swim Cap" Cache.
So, whoever has it can keep it... But since you weren't the 1st to find it, that's not so satisfying, is it.
How about you relaunch in a new cache you place... and THAT finder can keep it.
