About This Item

Corporal Blue G. Scott

TRAIL RAT-32 is the callsign for one of several deployed Recon Teams assigned to 3rd "Trail Rats" Platoon. Your team leader is Field Corporal Bleu G. Scott. This team and 3rd Platoon are assigned to G Company, 15th Reconnaissance Regiment that is conducting missions in support of the Task Force.

The current TB configuration in circulation for this travel bug ID code is a 3.75-inch tall tactical figurine wearing multi-colored forest camouflage uniform and helmet with black goggles and boots. (As pictured to the above right) A handmade rectangle shaped metal trackable tag is attached to the figurine's back with a ring and pin. The original TB ID code is stamped on the tag in an violet color with an image of a "Law Enforcement" TB tag (a six-point sheriff star) and QR code on one side and some info on the other side. Letter "B" in violet color is stamped in one corner.

If you are interested in the virtual role play game associated with this trackable/travel bug/TB and or additional info click HERE to view the "Agency WATCH" Facebook page [a fictional news outlet] in a new window. Owner (ID: Gold_Ox), when available, will act as "Gold Ox" (higher command) and provide "radio calls" and mission opportunities via TB log note entries. You are welcome to role play as much as you desire. Have fun  and safe journeys!

Scout to scout direct transfer is preferred when ever possible to assure team leader safety and sustaining the mission objective goal profile. Otherwise, "premium" traditional Geo-lodging accomodations is requested. Please, no event table dropoffs.

2 MISSING TRACKABLE NOTES   - The original & 1st remake TB configurations were similar. They both used a ERTL toy green colored John Deere 4x4 "Gator" ATV utility vehicle as the hitch hiker. The original had a commercially made "Sheriff's 6-point star" TB tag attached. The 1st remake has "A41" on the hood. A square piece of metal has been stamped with the original TB code and mounted in the bed of the toy ATV. There is a screw passed through the toy and has a loop that can be used to attach tags too. (Reference gallery link below for "Aviation-41") The now missing configurations looks nothing like what is in circulation now and pictured above right.  If you locate these missing TBs just described; DO NOT CIRCULATE OR PLACE IN A CACHE and please email the owner or post a note to this log so I can coordinate the next course of action for the former missing TB.

  • Visiting Mulberry, Florida Phosphate played an important role in the town’s development, named for the Mulberry Tree, which in the late 18th century had become the center point of the community. Nestled at the intersection of state routes 37 & 60 is just south of Lakeland.
  • Driving through Polk County, Florida Became Florida's 39th county in 1861, when the State divided Hillsborough County in to halves. The eastern half was named Polk, in honor of the 11th President of the United States, James Knox Polk. 4th largest FL county & is larger than Rhode Island.

  • Traveling on Florida's Interstate-4 From the day President Dwight D. Eisenhower signed the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1956, the Interstate System has been a part of our culture. The 1st I-4 segment opened 1959. Current route completed in 1971, 132 miles - Tampa to Daytona Beach.
  • Passing by Water Ski Experience Attraction maintains permanent exhibits depicting the past & present of the sport. Vast collection includes memorabilia from the 1920's to the present. Has the most complete audiovisual library & resource center devoted exclusively to water skiing.
  • Passing by Disney's custom utility pole This unique structure is seen at exit 62, "World Drive," the main entry to Disney World from Interstate-4. Mickey's ears are even lit up after dark! When the kids see this they know Mickey is not far away... no more "are we there yet?"

15:30 EDT – Good afternoon and welcome to Orlando, Florida! 😎 You have boarded the Interstate-4 (I-4) TB Commuter/Hotel & Airport Shuttle on its westbound run. I am a local resident that work commutes along I-4 about 66-miles one-way during the workweek. You can anticipate being checked in at one of the many “Geo-Traveler” lodging facilities (IE: TB hotel, resort, lodge or bed & breakfast) or a cache that fits your mission/goal/personality along the aforementioned route. If not, I may transfer you to one of my Geo-associates. Until then, I'll do my best to assist with any specific mission/goal. When time permits (real life 😉) I endeavor to post photos with a title & some text to each passenger’s web log. This little extra provides related trivia of your travels while you are with me. So if you notice a thumbnail picture in the log entry… don’t forget to click on either the “View… gallery images” or the “View Map” link above and then each of the photos for more info 😁.

Your Chase Base manager has contracted me to relocate you to Lakeland, FL to meet up with a long haul transport to Virginia.

  • Riding on the I-4 Commuter/shuttle Thank you, Geo-trackable owner, for activating your actual or virtual/proxy Travel Bug, Geocoin and/or tag; thus entrusting fellow Geocachers with their movement. I can only hope that my efforts with yours bring as much pleasure to you as it has me.
  • Traveling in Orange County, Florida Established in 1824 as Mosquito County & took up much of Central Florida. In 1845 renamed Orange County for the fruit that constituted it’s main product, & most of the area created new counties. Nowadays citrus has been replaced by land development.
  • Your home state of Florida Did you know… Florida has the most coastline of any of the contiguous states & the lowest highpoint of any of the states. 663-miles of beaches. In 1565, Spain created the first permanent settlement in St. Augustine. Became the 27th US state in 1845.
  • Your hometown of Orlando, Florida History dates back to 1838 & the height of the Seminole Wars & was incorporated in 1875. Basketball’s Orlando Magic calls the city home court. Once known solely for cotton, cattle & citrus industries; now a leading worldwide vacation destination.
