The Bwbach - Thirsty as always

The flag on the tag you have found is from the capital city of Wales, Cardiff (my home town) - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cardiff

You may think the hairy creature attached is Chewbacca from Star Wars. Not so! As this is a Welsh trackable he's a BWBACH - a good natured hairy goblin from Welsh folklore - http://mysteriousuniverse.org/2012/06/the-little-bigfoot-phenomenon/

Like his owner, the Bwbach has a deep hatred of those who avoid alcohol and live teetotal lives - so photos of the Bwbach enjoying a little drink as he travels the world are especially welcome.
