GPF 146G (White) started its life as and is one of a special set of 10 from the 1969 film “The Italian Job”
All 10 Travel Bugs were placed on the route of the 2013 Italian Job Charity Mini run.(www.italianjob.com)
As White and the Proff are the only two that have made it home so far we decided to let then have a race all of their own.
White a race bred Mk1 Austin Mini Cooper S was part of one of the most famous car chases ever made.
White with the other two Minis are driven through a shopping mall, down pavements, down the steps of a cathedral as a wedding is taking place and then up on to the roof of a huge stadium, outfoxing one of the following Italian police squad cars.
White had Chris ( Terribly sorry Charles) as the main Driver and Arthur as his passenger.
