Many express their admiration for those who foster. Its true - foster carers do an amazing job.
But you could do it too. It does not matter about your age, gender or lifestyle and the people that come forward to foster are as individual as the children that need their care.
Whether you rent or own your own home, are married, living on your own or with a partner (straight or gay) is not as important as your attitude and approach, though obviously you will need a bedroom to accommodate a child.
