To travel the length and breath of the UK using or visiting locations associated with the railway
The key is a relic of the era when steam was giving way to electric trains on British Railways, circa 1950. The key was issued to locomotivemen for locking their cabs and carriages. Although apparently simple in design it was specially crafted to prevent being copied.
This trackable was released on completion of my 500th find to commemorate my Dad's 49 years with Southern Railway and British Railways 1941 - 1990. Now known as South West Trains.
