Thanks to RangerDoc this travel bug made it to Savannah, Georgia on 11/20/14!
Current Goal is now to visit the four Girl Scout World Centers; in London, India, Mexico and Switzerland....please help it get closer to one of those world centers!
The Girl Scout Gold Award is the highest award that a Girl Scout may earn. This Travel Bug is put out in honor of Emily S. from Troop 798 earning her Gold Award in 2010 Her project-supplied Lake Thunderbird State Park with 24 birdhouses and four birdfeeders. She built 10 nesting boxes and planted blackberry and holly bushes around the lake’s nature center. She also conducted a workshop for children to teach them about the lake’s wildlife. In honor of Girl Scouts, this travel bug would like to travel to the Birthplace of Girl Scouts in the USA....Savannah Georgia!
