In order to qualify to find "Shelrik's Center of the Triad Challenge" Cache, GC1WYHN, you must first log a find at HQ Headquarters in Seattle, GCK25B, The Orginial Stash Plaque in Oregon, GCGV0P, and Mission 9: Tunnel of Light Ape Cache, GC1169.  Then the challenge cache has been completed and you can log a found it on it!  This geocoin reflects this accomplishment.
