A Doula is a professionally trained woman who assists women and their families before and during birth. She usually meets families during the final trimester and educates them on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of birth. Then she accompanies the family through labor and birth when the special day arrives.
Doula Susie began her carrer in January 1995, she has assisted hundreds of families prenatally. She has attended around 150 births as of 2012.
Doula Susie is an avid cacher and looks forward to meeting other cachers along the journey!
