The goal of this travel bug it to visit fishing location that geocachers like to hit while doing their caching...
Billy has been "fixed", meaning he is in no threat to any female fish (He has had his privates removed). He is a very authentic fishing lure, but he will not assist you unless you add some hardware. If you do use him, realize that you will have to record the coordinates when you get him snagged on some structure, so our suggestion is just take him to some good looking fishing locations and let others share there spots with us!!!
