This trackable is competing in the HQ Duck Dash!
This trackable, 2014 Geocaching Block Party Beer Stein, is racing in the HQ Duck Dash 2016. To be eligible for global recognition and eternal bragging rights, it needs to make it to a geocaching event on International Geocaching Day (August 20, 2016). You can find a list of events here: https://www.geocaching.com/calendar/
2014 Geocaching Block Party Beer Stein is competing in the following race categories:
- Most Geocaches Involved - Take me to as many geocaches as possible. Both visited and dropped logs count.
- Most Story Worthy Moment - Awarded to the trackables with the most heartfelt, epic and/or generally entertaining log as decided by Signal the Frog (HQ).
Please move this trackable to its next geocache and leave a nice log about your experience to help it meet its goal!
Remember, please bring me to a geocaching event on International Geocaching Day, August 20, 2016. Thank you!
Secondary Goal (After the HQ Duck Dash):
Visit brew pubs, biergartens, and craft breweries, and of course, caches. In keeping with my heritage, I'd love to go to Germany. Please take pictures of the fun places I visit and describe your favorite brewski.
I am a nano beer stein that my owner obtained during A Pint Among Friends (GC50GPE). We went from cache to cache... er, craft brewery to craft brewery in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, near Geocaching HQ, sampling as we went. It was lots of fun. This event was held in association with the 2014 Geocaching Block Party, which turned out to be the second to last one. I'm sad there are no more Block Parties, but there is the Annual WSGA Going Ape event, held on the same weekend. To make up for the loss of the Block Party, I'm looking forward to enjoying many fine craft brews as I travel around the world (Bud and Bud Light need not apply).
