Unfortunately, this trackable was not in the Scabbard cache (GCV51B) that the owner dropped it off in two years ago. Oddly, there was a different Travel Bug Dog Tag in Scabbard that was not logged as being there. After a week of trying to sort it out and not getting email replies, I logged the other one as a "Grab it from the current holder", and regrettably, need to mark this one as missing. Hopefully it turns up someday.
