Billy wants to see the world, having been stuck in a warehouse all his life, forced to ride a red tricycle through dark corridors, scaring anyone he meets. Underneath the tough exterior, Billy is a gentle soul who really just wants to make friends, meet new people, and enjoy the abundance of free time he now has. He's developed a fondness for the countryside, having lived without windows for so long.
