The admin brick is meant to provide a solution to the frustrations of administration. You can chuck it at people or bang your head against it - either way, the annoyance of all that red tape will disappear. Move the coin around and feel free to log stories or photos of bureaucracy gone made. You never know, it might make you feel a bit better.
This was originally found in Gokokoro's first cache hide (GCZXFF), which I was the first to find.
