The grasshopper that hopped from IL, IN, WI and now to NY at the saw mill river Audubon in chappaqua at the brinton brook sanctuary has been placed in a memorial for Audubon volunteers. Thank you for this wonderful eco preserved area! Also the slave history here in a northern state. I read about Sojourner Truth on the plane out so it was neat to read about Jesse Davis.
